Scope
This addendum adds call-tracking details to the ClickBeagle privacy policy. For calls to a business's tracking numbers, that business is the controller of its callers' data; ClickBeagle processes it on the business's behalf.
What we collect about calls
- Call details: time, duration, status, the tracking number called, and the caller's number and approximate location as passed by the carrier, plus caller ID authentication results.
- The website visit that showed the tracking number (pages, source, campaign, keyword, click IDs such as gclid), when the visitor allowed analytics.
- Only if the business turns recording on: call recordings and voicemails, transcripts, and an AI-generated summary and lead label.
- Notes and tags the business's team adds to a call.
How we protect it
- Caller numbers, recordings, transcripts, summaries and notes are encrypted at rest. Lists show masked numbers; full numbers and recordings are available only to team members with the contacts right, and viewing is logged.
- Card numbers and similar sequences are removed from transcripts before AI analysis.
- Blocked numbers are stored as a keyed hash, not in clear.
Who receives call data
- Our carrier partner (to connect, record and transcribe calls) and our AI provider (to label and summarize transcripts), as subprocessors.
- Tools the business connects: for example Google Ads (qualified calls with their click ID and value), Meta Conversions API, GA4, webhooks and email notifications to recipients the business adds. Notification recipients confirm their address and can unsubscribe from every email.
Retention and your choices
The business decides how long it keeps call data and can delete it. Callers who want to access or delete their data should contact the business they called; we help the business respond. Questions: hello@clickbeagle.com.
